I have been away so long I now have an Eagle Scout!

It was a great weekend with the Troops!

Sweet Potato Fries

Since I'm not in Dutch Harbor I guess I will have to make my own Sweet Potato Fries....

That is just what I did. They turned out good for my first go at it!

They were sooo good the boys liked them.

I was really craving them. LOL

WOW That's a lot of Mulch!

The Boy Scout Troop sold Mulch for a fund raiser this past month and so today was delivery day. Over 800 bags and we still have about that much more to deliver. After several hours yesterday and today I think we put a dent in the mulch pile.

LOL

We did have the use of a fork lift, that helped move some of the mulch on to the trailer.
Each bag weighed about 42 lbs.

Every one was very tired when we called it a day!

I Miss Dutch Harbor!

I am missing Dutch Harbor, I had such a good time there,

seeing the Bay, mountains, fishing boats and most of all my friends.

I am really missing Peking Restaurant so much I had to make my own Mongolian Beef dinner, it still isn't the same as Dutch Harbors Peking! :)

BUT IT WAS STILL GOOD. I'll be back!

I went to my first Mixed Martial Arts Fight last night, man is Rob a beast.

The fight was over in just one minute, he broke the guys nose and dislocated his arm... poor guy. Rob felt bad about messing him up so bad.
