Sweet Potato Fries
Since I'm not in Dutch Harbor I guess I will have to make my own Sweet Potato Fries....
That is just what I did. They turned out good for my first go at it!
They were sooo good the boys liked them.

WOW That's a lot of Mulch!
The Boy Scout Troop sold Mulch for a fund raiser this past month and so today was delivery day. Over 800 bags and we still have about that much more to deliver. After several hours yesterday and today I think we put a dent in the mulch pile.

We did have the use of a fork lift, that helped move some of the mulch on to the trailer.
Each bag weighed about 42 lbs.
